Speaking at the "Hai Phong Real Estate Investment Hub" forum recently organized by the Vietnam Real Estate Association, Business Forum Magazine, and the Hai Phong Real Estate Association, Mr. James Lai Siaw Pin - General Director of Gamuda Land Vietnam - Northern Region, said that Gamuda Land's choice of Hai Phong as an investment destination is entirely natural because the company always aims for the most promising cities in Vietnam.

Initially, the business focused on Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. However, upon reviewing the statistics, Hai Phong's growth rate has been truly impressive – from population growth to economic growth.

The city also boasts well-planned infrastructure, implemented according to proper procedures, making Hai Phong a leader in connectivity. Since arriving in Hai Phong in October 2024, Gamuda Land has received consistent support and clear guidance from the moment we shared our investment plans for housing development. The government has clearly stated development goals that align with ours, demonstrating an open, supportive, and conducive working environment.

Secondly , the rapid increase in urban population has led to a significant increase in housing demand. As one of the key cities for attracting investment, Hai Phong also attracts foreign experts, contributing to enriching and upgrading the existing community.
